Do you find it difficult to be organized?  12 Steps to Becoming a More Organized Woman, by Lane P. Jordan, might be just the book you have been looking for.

This is a revised and updated version to include more information about technology.  Topics included are:

  • spending time with God.
  • exercise.
  • how to be a nurturer.
  • providing healthy meals.

About the Author:

Lane P. Jordan currently lives in Texas with her husband.  They have two adult daughters.  She is a speaker and author.  She is also a professional life coach.

My thoughts:

12 Steps to Becoming a More Organized Woman, by Lane P. Jordan, was excellent.  I do not know about you, but I could certainly improve my organization skills.

There are lots of subjects covered in this book, like health, studying the Bible, and how to manage the details.  I know that I could spend many times reading this book and still not glean all the useful information available.

One of the best parts of this book was the “Bringing home Step…” (put in one of the twelve steps).  I enjoyed the questions and ways to apply it in my own life.  I am looking forward to putting my plans into action.

This is a book all women should read and then implement into their own lives.  I highly recommend it!

My thoughts-

I knew I had a treasure when I took this book into my hands and began exploring what it had to offer.  I can’t believe the number of articles (over 300) and different spiritual practices.  I didn’t know there were 24 different ones; from faith to solitude to submission.

My goal will be to take two weeks for each of the different spiritual practices and take a year to learn and assimilate all of the Bible verses and articles.  I know that since this Bible is geared towards women it will help me more than many of the other Bibles in the market.

I liked the guide at the back that described how to use the Bible in a small group.  I would really like to be able to start a group and have a Bible study of my own.

I would recommend this Bible to all women.  It will help us grow as Christians.
