Danish Sugar Cookies
1-cup butter
½ cup sugar
2 cups flour
1-cup ground pecans
1-teaspoon vanilla
Mix. Form into rolls and freeze. Slice and bake at 350° until set about 8 minutes. Dip in powdered sugar while hot. Can make four dozen.
