Chives

I had to cut the chives today. I did not know they could grow so fast. I think they grew three inches since I last cut them. They do taste good. They added a lot to my grilled cheese sandwich. I am really looking forward to deciding what to do when the chives need to be cut again. Does anybody have any ideas on what to put them in? I would welcome anything. Thank you.
